My example is both low income and senior housing in Phoenix requires those who qualify to pay 1/3 of their monthly income. Seniors living on peanuts a month have little left after buying meds and groceries.

The program seems good for people, even some folks with incomes 50% above the median income in area. But, funds are limited and there is often a long waiting list. trump’s admin will run it in ground.
