Get back into everyday life. You’ll be glad you did. Get re-acquainted with things that make you feel good. Even if the worst happens out there you will continue living your life so find that part that you want to keep. Like your family’s love and wellbeing. Or gardening, reading, catching up on your favorite movies and tv shows. If you don’t have Netflix you can get it for $10 dollars a month and binge on some great shows.
