Trump attacks people, hurts them, then he offers them a gift. He does it all the time.

He just did it with the NFL players. This morning he told the players if they know anybody that needs to be pardoned, call him.

Trump is flat out evil. I hope he has his life destroyed.

You can't victimize someone unless they get close to you. And after being bullied or abused, the victim tends to keep his or her distance. So they have to be brought back close, and the best tactic for the bully is to offer a present or something desirable. Then the victim can be lured back in and attacked again.

So uncontrolled obsessive behavior. AKA, evil, yes

It sure seems like that is how NostraDumbAss reared his two older sons when they were young. Monkey see, monkey do. He's not smart enough to have figured out that was a terrible way to raise children.

Of course Daughter/Wife was treated differently, ya' know, cuz ShitGibbon always wanted to date her (of course I mean **ck her, but I'm trying to be less vulgar today).

To him, accept and it proves the other person was squawking about nothing, he was right, and the other person has seen the error of their ways and recognizes what a swell guy he is (not that T won't keep bringing up the "lapse" whenever he feels like it), and knows who's boss.

Refuse it, and it just shows what an ingrate the other person is, so he was completely justified right from the start and he should pile on more just to show that pathetic loser who's boss.

It's the independence, the willfulness, the uppityness that pisses him off. They make him look petty, and he can't stand it.

with disinviting them and claiming they refused to stand for the flag, which wasn't true, they were kneeling in prayer... Faux ran w/the story, then had to apologize.

Also, this as well as the pardoning of a black woman is about Trump/GOP having something to sell to white moderates "see, we really do try to help them PoC".. basically same strategy he used in the campaign by giving a few speeches to non-white audiences.. all about appeasing the conscience of the white moderate, so they don't feel like it's racist to vote for him/GOP.

It would be interesting to see how much of jewelers and florists profits are a result of abusive incidents.
