Suicide rates are up by 30% in every state but NV (which has the highest already)

How much of this is the dotard effect? We already know many many people had to go on anti-anxiety or anti-depression since 45 stole the election.

I know I fret a LOT and I went on anti-anxiety and still fret. I can only imagine how bad I would be without medicine.

Says over two decades. The topic line needs to be changed.

https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2018/06/07/617897261/cdc-u-s-suicide-rates-have-climbed-dramatically

Suicide rates have increased in nearly every state over the past two decades, and half of the states have seen suicide rates go up more than 30 percent.

The OP said suicides were up because of Trump. We don't have any figures on that (that I have seen).

These are horrible times. That whole administration. When I think about the millions spent on all the trips to margaret lago, on secret service for the Trump spawns on their trips abroad, on "securing" Pruitt - and then the disaster in Puerto Rico, all the hungry families, the crumbling infra structure and the dwindling social security and medicare fund sthat could benefit from these millions - one can really despair and conclude: who needs this shit?

of Suicide here in Nevada. The real issue seems to be this,we have one of the worst Mental Health Care in the USA. And this is the result of the Politics of uncaring by the Political Establishment. Hopefully with a Democratic Governor and Attorney General,as well as Legislature,we might see this issue addressed.

When you have 10 year olds swallowing a hand Gun,you need to change things like yesterday. But,we can give billions in Tax Breaks for failed Electric Chinese Car Plants. And Tax breaks for Casino's and Stadiums, but zero dollars for Mental Health or Education.

be it Nieces Nephews Brothers or Sisters. Or for that part Cousins or others. One finds out just how unaware one was or is.

And the worse thing a family can do is to sweep it under the rug.
