It's "presidenting" that he doesn't know. But he's got a long history of vengeance and retaliation, and that set of skills seem to be in full force against us.

between knowing how to be an American president and choosing to be a willing puppet of an enemy state. A knowledgeable person would never have been chosen by Putin.
