Legal question here

Can someone indicted get a pardon? Or must they be convicted?

Sorry for my ignorance of legal stuff.

Nixon was pardoned before he was indicted. So if you have done anything wrong, now is a good time to send your pardon request to Assistant Attorney General Kardashian.
