Seeking is not getting. This is boilerplate prosecutor language which winds up in any indictment of a person of wealth. It means nothing unless a judge approves and that won't happen.

This portion of the case is all about Manafort laundering money by buying real estate and fancy clothes and expensive oriental rugs. They are the fruits of his ill-gotten gains and are clearly in Mueller's sights.
