Has anyone heard from him since the DOJ briefing two or three weeks ago?
Does anyone doubt that he told the WH everything he learned from that meeting?
If he was not part of the conspiracy before, he is now.
He is considered one of the "Gang of Eight" and is due to be briefed again on some new information from the DOJ this week.
His silence is very loud.

(15,751 posts)In the WH Watergate bubble, it took some a surprisingly long time for some to see down the road.

(3,011 posts)I admit, I'm in that percentage of people who enjoy the idea of prison violence against certain people. I know that upsets some people, so I hope I haven't triggered anyone today.

(21,148 posts)He won his primary by 58.1% the closest competitor only got 31.9%. This is a red dumb ass part of the state. But if the Russian thing blows up more he MIGHT get dragged down.

(8,200 posts)I don't know what it would take, a miracle I guess, to make the working class come to their senses and realize that the oligarchs are intent on their enslavement. They want to return to the their golden ages of the 19th century when the masses slaved 14 hours, six and even seven days a week on starvation wages while they toured Europe buying up the antiques and filling the luxury liners' while they danced and feasted their way across the Atlantic.

been some strong stuff.
Our President is a Russian agent installed by Putin and is being helped to stay
in office by Sean Hannity, Fox news, and Nunes.
Ryan could take Nunes off the Intel Committee or change the Chair of the Committee and Nunes would not be able to see the info. If he was thinking about our country?

(7,725 posts)but, mega rich folk have a way of lulling themselves into another reality. Good liquor etc in CA helps a lot I'm sure to grease the wheels. If I had to guess, I'd say he's doing just fine and is fishing in the Pacific or annoying his family around the house. When you have a lot of dough it's easy to entertain a simple mind. By now he's paid a lawyer to tell him exactly what he wants to hear, and he's talked himself into believing, he did it for his friends and party. That'd be my guess.

(7,629 posts)He is actually one of the poorest members of congress. This may actually explain why he is so eager to suck up to Trump. He is hoping to turn his fortunes around.

(7,725 posts)Well that explains a lot as well. As I recall now his district is a farming district. I concur, he's making the mad money dash.
