IMO... He stands a much better chance of not serving any time or getting impeached as long as he is involved with some sort of hostile rhetoric including a limited military attack on N.K..

Yep he fucking knows all out....that a war time president gets all sorts of passes when directing some kind of military operation.. Just ask ex- President George Bush.. He, in fact got all sorts of conservative legislation passed because Congress just can't say no to a war time President.

Yeah I have thought NK was Trumps ace in the hole if things got worse he has even said as much last year when he spoke about how people unify behind a leader in time of war.
