If Bain Capital benefited from fraud = then Mitt benefited from fraud.

Claw backs are a bitch (especially when you are counting on the monies to fund your 3 car garage elevator.

Would we have allowed Allowed Capone to "retroactively" retire from his organized crimes?

Traub settled eToys v. Goldman Sachs and then Paul, Barry and MNAT argued who gets what monies.

Mitt has public dinner with Trump (where no one can sit in on the meeting).

Trump nominates Sachs/ Bain guy, Jay Clayton, to be head of SEC.

HAAS sues Clayton and Trump to block nomination; but Clerk of D.C. District Court refuses to put case on docket until 3 weeks after Clayton is confirmed.
