My guess.
Zero.

Today's GOP is an absolute disgrace to virtually every alleged value and principle the so-called intellectual conservatives opine about when trying to justify why people should be, or vote for, Republicans.

John McCain blasts Donald Trump for diminishing American leadership in calling for Russia to rejoin G-7

John McCain assailed Donald Trump for inviting Russia to rejoin the G-7, saying he was rewarding a country that had been assaulting democratic institutions all over the world.
The President has inexplicably shown our adversaries the deference and esteem that should be reserved for our closest allies, the Arizona Republican said in a statement. Those nations that share our values and have sacrificed alongside us for decades are being treated with contempt. This is the antithesis of so-called principled realism and a sure path to diminishing Americas leadership in the world.
The question was asking who would condemn Trump's G7 disaster. I am saying McCain would.

My apologies, maybe you should edit you post title to McCain would condemn for clarity.
