Question about ethical behavior for lawyers.

If a lawyer continues to behave in an irrational manner, like trespassing on their neighbor's private property when they know that there is tension in the community, is this something that can be reported to the Florida Bar?

The answer would be no. If the lawyer is convicted of trespassing, yes.

Then the bar. Attorneys are expected to follow the law - so establish repeated trespass first.
