Over the weekend, the little blue badge that houses a white tick and is placed next to verified Twitter accounts was removed from his account.

The video was from a three-hour sermon that he gave on May 27 – his first since February. In it, he speaks about the “system of tricks and lies;” that Hollywood’s Jews have forced aspiring actors into anal sex to get parts; and that former president Barack Obama was “under Jewish influence” when he advocated for same-sex marriage, which Farrakhan deemed as “Satanic.”

Watch "What Would You Do?" on ABC. They finally had a segment about anti-Semitism...finally. In all the runs, including the actors using anti-Semitic slurs, only one person spoke up, a woman sitting across from her JEWISH husband! Almost all the others ignored it or got up and moved seats. Pretty much screamed to me, "if the Jew is the "victim", I will ignore it".

Mostly watch news and sports on tv. Sounds like I would have wanted to throw something but I'm not surprised at all. The president just endorsed a cretin who stood with those Charlottesville nazis. This county is in a dark place and historically, that's never good for the Jews.

First, I just saw this thread. Second, I wasn't going to read it because, as you said, he's a nut. Nobody cares about him or his comments. And this week in particular, the bad news is coming from every angle. It's really depressing. I'm exhausted from all the outrage upon outrage.

for well over a decade. Anti-semitism and the left turning a blind eye to it aren't new. If this were a story about anyone -right or left- expressing these kinds of sentiments about Islam, there would be dozens, maybe hundreds of comments of outrage. And any story about any Jewish person anywhere in the world misbehaving inevitably turns into a bash on Israel from far too many commenters. That's simply the reality. Screwy Louie was certainly important enough that Pres Obama felt the need to denounce him. He has a disturbing amount of support.
