When I was younger, I never understood the point of throwing rocks at tanks.

We've all seen it in years past on th news. People on a deserted street turned war zone, throwing pieces of broken bricks and rocks at a faceless tank operator or shooter some distance away. I used to think "what was the point?" and "they're having zero effect on the tank". I understood the frustration, but not to the point of exposing yourself to the tanks to just throw a rock.

Now I understand the compulsion to do something, anything to fight the faceless, oppressive evil.

My fastball never hit 90mph, but I'm working on my form.
