Dirty Harry

"Go ahead, make my day."

Harry and the Democrats should not back down on this tax returns issue. Instead, they should double down.

It is not "Dirty Harry" that is running for President. It is not "Dirty Harry" who is hiding his income from the American people.

The Democratic Party should call on the media of this country to insist that Mitt Romney release his tax returns immediately. This should not drag on until the election. We have no intention of deserting the American people by dropping this issue. They have every right to know what their President is worth and where he got his money and how much money does he have? A candidate for President does not have the right to hide his income from the American people. Period.

We call on the media to do their job. We don't need reporters from CNN and FOX pretending that this is a trivial issue. It is not. It is of vital importance. The people deserve to know.

It is not about "Dirty Harry". It is about Mitt Romney.

No, we have no right to know what our President is worth or how much money he made or how he made it. He has a right to hide his income from the American people. It really doesn't matter where he keeps his money or where he made his money or how much money he has in foreign accounts. That is an awful thing to say but that is what they are saying.

The pro-business/corporatists ( and their "team player" minions ) don't see any shame whatsoever in all the rapacious acts of private equity firms like Bain et al. Their underlying belief is wealth can and should be accumulated by any and all means possible. Anything attempting to put this mechanism in check is "soshulism".

you probably have to show what your income is, what your credit rating is and provide your income tax returns. At least that is what we were required to do when we bought our house years ago.

Why shouldn't Romney have to present his tax returns and for more than two years? He is asking for our trust. We have a right to know everything about him. What is Romney hiding?
