ever bring any serious criminal charges against Cohen et al., let alone handle a trial, in such a high profile matter? We have bent over backwards to accommodate them. This is unheard of. We remain willing to cooperate but something isn’t right...Michael Avenatti

Maybe Cohen is cooperating now and their reason to you is an
excuse so the real reason isn’t revealed until Cohen has his Queen
for a Day meeting...either way I hope we are able to bring these
people (DJT & MC etc) down! Jennifer Long

They certainly wouldn't want that leaked to the press prematurely.

I am also sure that if they had insisted he not leak it then he would not have.

privileged seized from the 3 search warrants that were executed on Cohen?

SDNY might not even need to interview Clifford/Daniels now.

They are actual criminal prosecutors who know what they are doing and why.

He is not. He is a tort lawyer whose biggest skill is using the media.

They don’t want the spotlight. He does.

This comes off as being far more about his desire for neverending PR than a desire to work with them and see justice. I have no doubt the media learned of it because he wanted them too, then he calls out the DOJ for being mad he leaked.

He needs to learn not every move of a real criminal prosecution is a show for the media, as opposed to how he like to do his civil trials.

I fear he never satisfied lust for camera time is shifting from being good at bringing Trumps shenanigans to light and going into the territory of being harmful to the cause.

Prosecutors and investigators need to appear impartial and like they are only out for the truth and justice. Things like tipping the media off to high profile meetings serves only to harm that appearance of professional and impartial actions on their part.

You don’t have to leak everything. And when people who prefer to do their work outside the media spotlight as quiet professionals don’t like that you are dragging a spotlight in you don’t call them out and question their abilities to do their job, especially when you have never prosecuted a single criminal case. That’s helping nobody and nothing, other than Micheal Aventtis desire to make everything about him and every camera aim at him.

He needs to learn when it’s good to run his mouth and be in front of the camera, and when people in much more important positions than him are doing the much more important work than he is so he should shut his mouth and just ask what they need from him and his client.

This is just like him declaring he’s going to start working on the cases of immigrants separated from children. Despite the fact that he’s not an immigration lawyer, has never practiced immigration law, and has never practiced civil rights law. But when it became a bigger issue than Stormy he was right in front of the cameras and was seeking money to go handle cases he has zero qualifications for- taking donations and attention away from lawyers actually qualified for the work .
