People will look for any route available to voice their displeasure with this Administration and the damage that they have brought down upon us all. Public shaming is just one of the tools in the arsenal.

5. C: I think it's the distraction of the week

It's easier for Sanders to get on her high horse about being denied service than it is to answer questions about whether Michael Cohen will flip, when Don paid off a porn star or how they plan to find all the missing immigrant babies they stole.

But I also think that people are fed up with a government that doesn't even pay lip service to representing them and that pays people to stand there day after day openly lying to us and insulting our intelligence.

Trump doesn't do interviews or face press questions and Sanders just bullshits. And when people feel like they aren't being heard any other way they start to lash out. Chasing people out of restaurants is just the tip of the iceberg.

So while I don't want to get roped into a debate about the rights of restaurateurs to deny service on moral grounds, I think the Trumpniks would be stupid not to see it as a sign of that larger frustration and a warning of things to come.

Of course, this also means that restaurants can choose not to serve her. If it had been a gay couple turned away, a trans person, or a Muslim due to "deeply held beliefs", she'd be all over it, touting the restaurant's superior morality.
