9. Yes, fake, and the challenge on quotes is to prove them true, not prove them false, don't feel bad,

the quote is used enough that it takes some investigation to discover that is not credible.

You may remember the famous Chief Seattle environmental speech he's become famous for, that Al Gore quoted in his book 'Earth in the Balance' and that is on countless posters and in magazine articles, etc.
