not good, mind you, just a bit better. It felt better to see a true story about a pilot that truly took a real chance to land his damaged aircraft in the Hudson River. Not one crew member or passenger died or was seriously injured.

Then I tuned in to DU and saw the news about Kennedy. Full stop.

There is a reason I order wine by the case nowadays...

I'm just joking.

I actually limit myself to drinking two or three days out of the week. And Fridays are the only days I get intoxicated.

In my line of work, I see the horrible devastation excessive alcohol consumption can cause, and I don't want it happening to me. So I tend to exaggerate my actual consumption for humorous purposes. IRL, I'm a boringly normal person, so a hint of alcohol roulette adds a touch of interest.
