(certainly nowhere near 50% total) who have put the Rethugs in power in absolute majorities in the majority of state houses, governorship's, statewide elected other offices, plus Congress and POTUS. (these voters are not the soul reason, but they are important to a large point, then add in many other factors like vote suppression, caging, purging, gerrymandering, etc involved too)

This is ripping apart the separation of powers and making a mockery of our entire government.

The ONLY nominee that should receive so much as a hearing is Merrick Garland, period.
Otherwise, shut it ALL down...

BUT we can argue that if the basis of your entire presidency is under investigation by the FBI, you can't nominate a SCOTUS candidate.

Even "moderate" John McCain was ready to do this. Dems need to start fighting harder on this, I'm getting really tired of trying to play nice with the GOP when they've been spitting in our faces for years.
