Working in East Africa a few years ago...

...I was working with a Ugandan male, he was in a senior position. They have a lot of gender discrimination issues in Africa. He made a very simple proposal:

"Wives should tell their husbands: No sex, one, two, three months, until attitudes change. No sex."

Interesting proposal...

(He was a difficult egomaniac nonetheless, I would never have recommended him, but this proposal does seem interesting... )

At least one of them left. So the OP assumes that women are going to be able to be celibate for three months as though they don't have needs.

I wasn't commenting so much on your post as I was on how the plan lacks consideration of women's will power. Aristophanes took that dimension on board when he wrote the play.
