Shooter Jarrod Ramos' appellate decision for defamation lawsuit appeal against the newspaper...

hmmmmm. The newspaper had written a story on his use of facebook to id and begin a harrassment campaign against a woman and was subsequently found guilty in court. The actual article written is included in the pdf document attacjed.

He had lost a defamation suit against the paper and also the appeal as follows:
