Fahrenheit 11/9 ---coming to a theater near me after September 21

Michael Moore’s new film “Fahrenheit 11/9” is coming out on September 21. The 11/9 apparently refers to the day Trump declared his candidacy.
MM was on with Colbert and told us about it. Purposely gave very little information, said the film was still being edited and finished. Had with him a tiny clip where he attempts to go into the Southern White House Mar-a-Lago (very reminiscent of his film Roger and Me, and other films where he wants entry to a place where he is not wanted, or not welcome. He said he managed to stay in there for 11 minutes. The visuals of the place were vomitously gauche, tasteless and overdone.

Just sayin’. It’s coming out the end of September. Michael Moore - I have said it before and say it again - is a genius. And I still wish he would marry me.

I am psyched to know a little of what is to come from him. Have wondered!

that the Democrats have won the popular vote in the last 6 of 7 Presidential elections (Bush 2004? the exception?) so the majority of Americans DON'T want repukes in charge...

the day he was declared winner of the Presidential election of 2016.

It was in the early morning hours , wasn't it, when the electoral college votes were secured putting him over the top of those needed for the "win".

My guess is that the movie is really going to go after the electoral college as undemocratic and in need of being abolished based on his comments at the end of his interview with Colbert.

I love the idea, if that's it. can't wait for the movie.

it was late, and now I'm bright and it's early and can see the logic of the date. It felt funny on the fly, but I was so excited to see Michael and to hear about the film I could not listen carefully enough. I'm so glad there will be a good month for publicity about it before the mid terms. Fahrenheit 11/9. I can see his face when the idea of the title came to him. Can't wait.

Loved: "Where to invade next" which was his last film. An astounding job of entertaining while informing. We need that even more now.

I took my last Republican voting friend to see that one, she had not ever heard of Michael Moore. Her comment on this documentary film, which interviewed natives in a number of countries around the world about their work and living conditions, education and health care was: "He wrote this. Right?" - "Yes, starred and directed" - "Well then. How can I believe it?"
Which goes to show us that they are not to be helped.
We can only energize those who don't ordinarily vote, and resist as loud as we possibly can, all the time, and wherever at all possible.

caught my ear off guard, and he didn't clarify that it actually is 11/9. *shrug*. Wish he would have cleared that slip-up....... oh well, I'm looking forward to seeing the movie in September, when it comes out.

It's clever--but confusing--that he has now titled this new movie Fahrenheit 11/9.
