Trump tried to break up the EU

According to WaPo article embedded in the Tweet below, during French President Macron's April visit, Trump offered France a better trade deal with the US than the EU gets if Macron would bring France out of the EU. Basically, that would be the stuff of Putin's wet dreams. Tell me again how Trump isn't a Russian puppet.

Make no mistake where this is really coming from. The thing is, I bet Macron was thinking, "Yeah, what will a bilateral trade deal be worth in six months with you in the WH?"

The conversation is 90% Putin/10% rump "Let's Make A Deal". You have to wonder what Putin thought of it when he heard what his puppet said.

Putin's words come out of the moron's mouth like a ventriloquist dummy. Putin has already aligned leaders in other countries like Italy, Austria (I believe that is what they said), Czechoslovakia, etc. It is so blatently obvious yet his base refuses to stop drinking the Kool-aid. I want to shake them and yell, "Wake the fuck up!" and throw them umder a cold shower to break through their fog.

horse's mouth but the videos from today don't show that story. Maybe it will be available tomorrow. I try to listen hard but sometimes I can't remember exactly what they said. I like to back up my posts with a link for verification. They also mentioned several other countries that Putin has been targeting to be ruled by autocrats.

All Trump's base cares about is that Trump is sticking it to immigrants/people of color and liberals.

but declined to comment".

This is a president who never misses a chance to "comment" on everything that's totally unimportant to the successful governance of our country, but completely clams up when there are important issues to be discussed. When have we never heard Trump's opinions on everything, but not a word about the uninformed, disastrous effects he tries to impose on the U.S. and it's allies? Today, while walking (do you believe that, walking! ) across the White House lawn he was asked numerous times about his reaction to the latest shooting in Annapolis. Not a word from the prevaricator in chief.

If he doesn't have a lie readily available to roll off his tongue, he's not talking.

That's why the Russians installed him office. Given how effortlessly he unilaterally gave Kim Yung Un everything he wanted and more, I don't think it's unreasonable that he'll do his bro the biggest favor he could do (other than breaking up the EU and NATO, of course).

23. But Congress passed a law to force him to enforce the sanctions --

oh, wait, when the deadline arrived Donnie Two Shoes told them he wasn't going to do it, and the Repugs rolled over and said, "Okay." Meanwhile Tillerson shut down the department in charge of sanctions at the State Department.

Now that Trump owns both the Congress (he's really created a cult-like environment, as Sen. Corker said) and soon the SCOTUS, and it has been shown that Putin clearly gives him directions on what to do (like ending "war games" with South Korea) and he follows those instructions unfailingly, we're pretty much screwed until November. Losing Kennedy's seat to Trump is depressing...

In this book you will find advice on how to lose friends and make people hate you so that you will be more productive and successful in your life ... "Some of us are born with ability to make others peeved, but most of us aren't. We flounder about making empty, vapid, pleasing remarks and before we know it we have another 'friend' and have invited him to lunch some day."

the US as the US Dollar would go back to being the reserve currency of choice.

I remember back in the days of the Euro formation the US Treasury was quite happy for the Europeans to spend ages working out the details of the shapes of bananas.

But in Trump's case it probably is Putin. After all, Trump bragged that the US economy is twice the size of China. Yes, you fool, and China has 7 times the population.

But is being the reserve currency of choice really important anymore?
