Republican Candidate that Own Brothels is Accused of Rape by Multiple Women

nothing was done because of statue of limitations .

<Nevada Assembly candidate Dennis Hof was accused of raping a prostitute at one of his brothels in 2005, according to a newly released sheriff’s report.

The report, obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, was released to the newspaper last week after its initial request in April was denied by Lyon County District Attorney Stephen Rye, citing a need to protect the victim’s identity. But an attorney for the newspaper successfully argued to obtain a redacted copy, as required by the state’s public records law.

Hof, who ousted a three-term incumbent earlier this month to win the GOP nomination for Nevada’s Assembly District 36, was not prosecuted in the case, but the report details the latest allegations against the 71-year-old owner of six legal brothels in Nevada who has dubbed himself “The Trump of Pahrump.”

In April, two former prostitutes claimed that Hof sexually assaulted them in 2009 and 2011 during incidents at his Love Ranch in Crystal and the Bunny Ranch in Carson City. Hof denied the allegations and was not prosecuted because the four-year statute of limitations had expired.>
