2. Sadly, racists don't equate one reality with another.

This woman is just as much a racist today as the day she harassed, abused, and hit "that black boy". Getting fired is a punishment, but not necessarily the beginning of change.

When she feels the pain of humiliation and the pain of traditional racism, THEN she will START to have a change of heart.

I wish racists could walk around in black or brown or yellow skin for one day to see how it feels.
