Mostly, they're really embarrassed right now. They won't repeat that mistake. However, there are others who defend their stupidity in the 2016 election. They think they won. They're still as stupid as they were then.

But, being nice to them won't make them any smarter, I guarantee. What we need to do is get other voters to the polls to override their idiocy.

liberal ideology wouldn't be running to the polls to stop this atrocity.

I won't waste any time on voters who don't understand the crisis we're in. I talk to many people who didn't vote for whatever reason, and most are determined to vote this year. Those are the people I'm talking to. The ones that get it.

7. Those are bad. Saw a chart that indicated Non-Voters if counted would have won 471 electoral votes

in 2016, Clinton 51 and trump 16, had Non-Voters received electoral votes as a group.

Seems to me that group is a lot easier to convince/attract than people who were stupid, or spiteful, enough to vote for Stein, trump, write-in some other loser candidate, or stay home just so they wouldn't vote for Clinton.

and BEGGED them not to do it again.

We have the Roberts-Alito court, a gutted Voting Rights Act, and Citizens United because of them.

We have Gorsuch, gerrymandering, a Muslim ban, weakened unions, and fake, dissembling "women's health crisis centers" because of them.

We will probably lose Roe and may well lose marriage equality because of them.

I read somewhere this week that there are fiery progressives who are insisting that "in a way we won". Something tells me that their definition of "we" does not include many of "us".
