Reports of Trump to Offer Putin Alaska Back

There are reports ahead of the bi-lateral summit meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin that the sale of America's 49th state, Alaska, may be under serious discussion.
Sources close to Trump have indicated that the President is "keen on the idea". Trump reasons that a purchase for $7,200,000 and a re-sale of property at $720,000,000 will realize a profit of 100 times the purchase price, according to two sources within the administration. One source told SNA that Trump insists he can make the sale without congressional approval, "after all, Jefferson bought Louisiana that way" another source is quoting the president as saying.
Trump is also convinced that the Alaska sale is a strategic move which will improve American security. A source within the State Department tells SNA that Trump would like to put a friendly country (Russia) on the Northern border of our new adversary, Canada, as well as improve relations with our Russian ally.
Trump also will advocate for cutting Montana into two states. "This makes sense for two reasons" a Congressional source who is a close ally of the President tells SNA, "it gives us two more certain Republican Senators and we don't have to take all the flags down to remove a star. President Trump doesn't want to waste any money on this proposal. It's a win all around."
