We better wake up!

I'm a grandson of the Ludlow Massacre. If you think the miners won the rights they did by marching with pink hats or letters to the editor you're nuts.

This is war folks. THEY. ARE. COMING. TO. TAKE. IT. ALL.

I've seen what it takes to beat these fuckers. Toughen up. Hard people are going to be required to stop this.

You said people need to wake up, and marching and protesting isn't enough, but offered no suggestions as to what Democrats should do instead.

Shut it down. STRIKE. Shut down the buses, planes, and subway. Make picket lines they cannot cross. Make them call in the National Guard to move you.

Peaceful marching won't cut it.

elsewhere that went on for months. The majority of people have to have common cause, good organization, and be willing to deal with shortages, high prices, and help the poor, sick, and elderly. I don't think many Americans even check the local weather.

Those protesters at the Senate Office Building yesterday were inspirational!

We need to be inspired to exercise our right to vote! Just like the R's did, and created their disruption to the political system.

Pink hats, White outfits.

Somethings happening here.

Not the romanticized version in our history books, but the truth of the man who was not liked by moderate liberals in his own time:

“I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro’s great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen’s Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to ‘order’ than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says: ‘I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action’.”
