You might want to get some ice for that jerked knee of yours.

This is a strong indication that Flynn is cooperating with Mueller, and that Flynn's cooperation is good enough that Mueller is not ready to make a sentencing recommendation.

Perhaps you might consider yourself more qualified than Mueller to make that decision. I don't.

16. I don't think it's cooperation necessarily.

I think information will come out based on his guilty plea, and Mueller doesn’t want to release that info yet. Flynn will have to allocate and confess his crime to the court when he does so.

Everyone in the entire world knows Flynn is in Mueller’s pocket. He probably can’t get anyone to return his calls, this making ‘cooperation’ unfruitful.

Not saying that is so, but it is one possible explanation. There was an article I read earlier this week that SPECULATED FROM RUMORS that Flynn was balking and that sentencing might be delayed.
