Democrats should not support any Supreme Court nominees from the Federalists list...
Supposedly, Donald Trump has assured Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski that he would not ask any nominee where they stood on Roe v Wade. Once again, Collins seemed ready to be hoodwinked again, as she was on the ACA vote. She was on one of the morning talk shows discussing her meeting with Trump.
However, Trump will not have to ask his nominee where they stand on Roe v Wade if their name is on the Federalist list. They have already been interviewed. They would not be on the list if they were not for over-turning women's right to choose and and contraception and other "right-to-life" issues. We can expect Trump to repeat this story over the next few days, that he has no plans on asking any nominee their position on abortion rights. He won't say that he already knows.
