What actually works is different. Good questions work. So do short factual soundbites. The more of these you have at your fingertips, the better. You should have a short factual soundbite ready as an answer to your own question. Then you can start motivating people to get involved, instead of driving them away by being an insufferable know-it-all or a boorish monologist
