Ivanka 'Feels The Trumps Are The US Equivalent Of UK's Royal Family, And She Wanted Her 'Princess Mo

A fresh Trump tell-all will soon be hitting bookstores (or whatever online retailer giant you prefer). This book will serve up the salacious details of the inside dealings of the Trump family before and after the election. An excerpt from Born Trump: Inside America’s First Family has already been published in Vanity Fair, the alma mater of author Emily Jane Fox where she made her bones as a staff writer.

Fox writes, for instance, that none of the older Trump children really expected their father to win the election; they also thought sooner than later, they’d be back to hocking his latest business deal or resuscitating a fashion line which was left out to dry during the campaign season. Eric and Donald Jr. were looking forward to the opening of a Trump Hotel in D.C.; Ivanka submitted the manuscript for her book Women Who Work to her publisher. The publisher reportedly advised her to breathe life into the book (“to make her seem like she had a pulse,” one source close to the issue said).
However, after Donald Trump surprised the entire world by winning the election (arguably the greatest political upset in American history), the Trump kids shelved their other plans. One of the first tasks awaiting the Trump clan was planning for the inauguration. Melania, who’s recently all but disappeared from public life, was reluctant to engage in the spectacle of a grand parade down Pennsylvania Avenue. Ivanka, Trump’s first and favorite daughter, couldn’t wait to have her “princess moment.”

“I told her it’s an inauguration, not a coronation,” one of Ivanka’s friends told her. “The sentiment was that Americans wanted a royal family.”

“The Trumps have somewhat fancied themselves as a modern version of the Kennedys,” Fox writes in Born Trump, “but the inauguration brought to mind the dynamic of another sort of American first family: the Kardashians. The Trump kids had become famous, in some ways, simply for being famous—a preternatural and occasionally nauseating talent that they learned from their father.”

Start flying helicopter in a war zone. When ivanka starts caring for something besides herself and money. They still would not come close to having the class of the royal family.

“ Born To Be King,” right now. Surprising how the Press mistreated him for years.

His charities are endless. He is working on getting young people in Wales into training and jobs. The unemployment in the young or 3 out of 4.

The Author shows what a happy relationship Charles and Camilla have.

I have always felt he was abused by the Press and apparently mentally abused by his father.

Charles has a loving relationship with his Sons,DIL and Grandson.

This is one book worth reading. The Author Is Catherine Mayor.

He should also be focusing on letting people in Wales afford housing in Wales. The market has skyrocketed in the past few years due to pensioners from other parts of the UK wanting to buy retirement properties, thus forcing out local ownership.

Joe Jr. gave his life during WWII flying a highly dangerous mission for which he volunteered.

JFK went to a private doctor, not to get out of military service, but to get in. With his genuine disabilities he could easily have obtained a medical deferment, instead he went doctor shopping until he found one willing to say he was fit for service. And then, of course, became a hero saving the crew of PT 109 after the Japanese rammed and sank his boat.

Eunice was instrumental in starting Special Olympics, and the Kennedys in general have been champions of disability rights, including Ted Kennedy's support of the Education for All Handicapped Children Act, the ADA, and a hundred other legislative milestones for civil, disability, and human rights.

What has ANY Trump done besides sponge off honest people, shirk public service, and inject racism and divisiveness into our culture?

The Trump family isn't "royalty." It's a criminal enterprise.

Mainly because of the aura of mystique and nostalgia that built up around them over the years. I think that JFK's policies, had he lived, would have led to as big a mess in Vietnam as Johnson's, and Jackie's whispy little voice had a nails-on-slate effect on me. But none of the Trumps is fit to scrub their garbage cans, much less mention themselves in the same breath. And I can't imagine any of the Trumps inspiring young Americans to devote a portion of their lives to serving their fellow humans a la the Peace Corps, or arguing for a project to put people on the moon and bring them back alive within a decade, or promoting a sense that the White House belongs to the American people, or any of the other positive things the Kennedys did. The only thing the Trump kids have in common with the Kennedy children is that Ivanka wants a pony, too.

(I read an article yesterday that pointed out that, unlike her predecessors, Melania hasn't invited any artists to perform at the White House - something that she could do even with her reluctance to talk in public. Nancy Reagan seems to hold the record for most and most eclectic choices here.)

(had to put it down for awhile, too much Trump makes me queasy), and it's a pretty interesting description of a seriously fucked-up family (of course they'd be fucked up; how could they not be?). The Trump kids are poster children for the Stockholm Syndrome. And it would seem that Don Jr. and not Eric is actually the dumb one, or at least the dumber one, and the most pathetic - constantly trying to get his evil, narcissistic father to love him and pay attention to him. It's interesting but in a horrible, depressing way, considering where these pitiful, damaged nitwits are.
