The view from our living room has taken on a disgusting aspect.

We can see the Boston skyline and for months I've been meaning to investigate the new tall building that seems to be taller than the Pru(dential Center) or the Hancock (new ownership, but will always be "the Hancock.) I finally did and it makes me want to up-chuck. It's for high end (VERY high end) residences. Shades of San Francisco. Why can't a landmark building provide jobs for Bostonians.... jobs other than cleaning? I've been waiting for a return to the glory days of the middle class, but now I'm wondering if the wait will ever pan out.

That's insane. Boston has gotten out of control. I just checked some prices on a new building down in the seaport district and small studios are going for $3,000 to over $4,000 per month. That's for a studio! Who can afford these prices? Are there really that many filthy rich people crawling around this city?
