I was watching a video clip of Trump's interview on Fox yesterday. He looks different.

I looked at several recent pictures of him and it finally struck me: his hair has suddenly gotten longer and fuller.

I know this is a trivial matter, but where did all that hair suddenly come from?

Or maybe he got a weave but I don't know if he had enough hair in the first place to weave into.

He is physically looking HORRIBLE. He's fatter. He looks like a walking cholesterol bomb. He has a lot of swelling in his face and fingers.

18. Having just gone through the health failures of my elderly parents...

I am going to suggest (I am not a medical professional) congestive heart failure. The look of his skin and the swelling of his fingers is edema. The red depression a handshake makes on a healthy person lasts 3 to 5 seconds. In recent photo, a thumb print left on tRump hand by a handshake from Trudeau lasted at least several minutes. It is interesting that no one is allowed to photograph him actually golfing. I am sure that would prove more interesting clues to his physical decline.

Even with his copious amounts of "Executive Time," and his own total lack of self-awareness, I'm sure even Trump is experiencing a greater level of stress than he ever has before. No matter how much his gate-keepers try, he can't blow off every matter of state as easily as when he was just a corrupt private citizen. He can hide from every piece of bad news. Coupled with his bad personal habits in terms of diet and exercise (and a lack of healthy interests for blowing off steam), he's probably rapidly declining physically and mentally.
