Here's some love to warm your hearts

One of my mental health strategies, particularly in trying times, is to look for uplifting and inspiring things and share them. These photos struck me as particularly relevant in today’s climate. These animals live beyond any species boundaries or traditional ideas about who should get along with whom, and just love each other as fellow beings. Inspiring. And cuteness overload, as well!

individual and were rescued. The facility they were taken to thought about separating them but realized they were best friends and decided to keep them together.
I believe the orangutan got the dog because he was depressed and they thought it would chear him up.

I, too, had a rough day today, and these pictures are just what I needed. Yes, I teared up when I started looking at them, but it was a good cry--a needed cry. So thanks.

The picture that interested me was the pic of the cheetah and the Rhodesian Ridgeback. Ridgebacks are also known as African Lion Dogs, for a reason. Odd couples are the best!

My favorite is the giraffe and ostrich kicking back together looking at the water. Precious!
