Fox News is currently going nuts that a social-democrat defeated an establishment-Democrat in a primary. "Socialist States of America" nuts.

But we have seen this before.

Remember Joe Liebermann? The democratic Senator who always sided with Republicans? John McCain's best buddy?

Well, in 2006 he was eventually primaried and replaced by somebody younger, somebody new. And Fox News went into BATSHIT CRAZY FULL-PANIC MODE. According to them, Joe Liebermann losing a primary meant that the whole nation is at the brink of catastrophe! Can you even imagine a world without Senator Joe Liebermann???
I kid you not: They saw a primary-loss of Joe Liebermann as a threat to all of western civilization.




And now we have the same. One social-democrat has ousted one establishment-Democrat in one primary. Which can only mean that apocalypse is nigh.
