All the talk about giving Millenials what they want

And the focus has left what many are beginning to consider the real change we need :Generation Z.

All the spring gun safety rallies? Generation Z. Increased GOTV? Same. Boycotts? Yep.

These are 14-22 years old kids and they're already changing the conversation. As an Xer I've always felt sandwiched between two large groups, losingy voice in the process. Z is larger than both groups and they're just beginning to exert their influence.

Shouldn't we be focusing on this generation?

That's probably why I think it's time to dump the whole generational labeling thing. One of the signs it's time to be over it is the jump on generation Z. I just saw an article about Gen-Z's purchasing power in the real estate market. Seriously. They've already got their greedy little eyes on the next group. They've written off the Millenials as a loss already.

They and their friends are a smart and savvy bunch. But no real estate portfolios that I know of

And smarter than the Millenials were at that age.

No portfolio yet. We're worried about a degree first.
