Maybe the lack of a witness or solid documentation is a factor? Maybe the abortion angle is too dicey? I don’t recall much, if any, reference to said affair (whether with Broidy or trump) ending in an abortion. The narrative always stopped at the “had an affair with” part.

Maybe somebody is already working on it? And if so, may such somebody not have a complete presentation ready to report yet? We have heard of stories wherein the reporter comments on how “we’ve been working on this story for the last four months...”.

Who knows? But now would be a PRIMO time to release a story involving trump knocking up a side dish and then having her get an abortion and buying her silence, ‘eh?

IF this is true, and I consider it among my most fervent hopes, then Cohen knows ALL the particulars. This would be a crime in that it is a bribe. And even though his bible thumping supporters will swallow most anything, I'm guessing at least some will find two things problematic: paying for an abortion, and doing this all while serving as POtuS! Cohen will have to proffer this testimony to secure any kind of plea deal, so it is a done deal. So it gets back to that big IF, and if true, Trump is TOAST. I think at that point impeachment proceedings will start with vigor. So I sure hope TF it is!
