Question about Presidential records/archives:
is mail sent to POTUS included in "that which must be preserved" or no?
In other words, if the White House got spammed by the most noxious/embarrassing/infuriating stuff about Trump (like, for example, tomorrow's NYDN front page) would it be part of some official permanent record? Or can they just chuck it in the trash?
