Walgreens calls cops on black man with diabetes for trying to buy product for insulin pump scarring

Wesley Dozier told local news outlet KSDK that he stopped at the Walgreens on Monday night to pick up personal products to help with scarring from his insulin pump.

But employees accused him of stealing beauty products.

“I was more than anything shocked,” he said. “I felt threatened, but I was just simply confused.”

Dozier said he was searched by police. But he was released when they failed to find any stolen items.

That narrative has been allowed to dominate for decades. Democrats have been on the defensive instead of going on offense, which is why "conservative media" or "corporate media" aren't household terms, while "liberal media" is.
