If you watch any of Spanky's interviews from say the 80's or 90's , he was way more articulate then. His mind is not working correctly and sadly, what is working is the raging douche- canoe part. He repeats the same words and thoughts,often in the same sentence. All part of his mental deterioration, which is only gonna get worse.

Time to call the Uh Uh Squad and have him hauled off to Bellevue (or any local mental hospital with padded cells). Will they allow him to keep his belt and shoelaces? "The guy is standing on the ledge...., a pretty girl passes by,..."

Everything is a conflict to him, and his go to solution is to blame and divide. I would almost feel sorry for him were it not for the fact that we're all paying the price for it.

He needs a distraction from Pruitt. Notice how the National Anthem garbage comes out when his administration screws up?
