Trump denied $48,000 tax break on NYC apartment since it is no longer his primary residence
https://www.rawstory.com/2018/07/trump-denied-48000-tax-break-nyc-apartment-since-no-longer-primary-residence-report/
Donald Trump is losing a $48,000 tax break after New York City officials found that his apartment in Trump Tower is no longer his primary residence, the Daily News reports.
Trump lost his tax abatement because he hasnt kept a permanent and continuous physical presence in his private home since he moved to the White House in January 2017.
The city offered a bureaucratic explanation for the move, which happened only this year since Trump was still a New York resident last January.
We have removed the exemption and have contacted the managing agent to update their records, a spokeswoman told the paper. Managing agents are required by law to inform the Department of Finance of primary residency changes.

That's what he does with every challenge to money he owes.
He either loses his suits or settles them, with a NDA, so people can't find out if he lost or won a settlement.
Then he will pay for this suit like the others..with other people's money..campaign money or charity money.

Raising taxes on a guy in government housing on a fixed income. Just terrible.
