Inciting his base with fear, and using propaganda to do it. The real fear is what putin has him doing to this country now, and seeing now the republicans are lockstep with putin, and trump is revealing they conspired all along to undermine our Democracy. The problem is how they'll undermine this next election, with an cyber attack on our infrastructure systems , then blame whoever they want to use to invade them and rob them . It worked for W , so I expect them to use this again. He'll recognize Crimea as russia's for putin , then lift the sanctions bypassing the Congress using again National Security as the reasons which his kangaroo court judge gorsuch will again approve it for him and putin.
