Did any of the networks opt out of showing Trump's rally last night?

Would that be a good idea or a bad idea?

What if FOX was the only network to follow this nonsense?

What if the networks were to boycott the White House until Donald Trump agreed to a full press conference?

How should the press handle these propaganda events?

There's no "message" for FOX to get. Propaganda is their entire reason for existence. nt Hekate Jul 2018 #13

MSNBC showed clips and fact-checked them robustly. That works for me. Hekate Jul 2018 #12

The rest apparently monitored because they dipped in when he said something particularly unhinged. I think that’s fine but I’m rather tired of the endless repeat and horrified commentary. Way too much gratification.

if FOX was the only network to show all of it, maybe seeing the entire rant disgusted some trumpers.

I expected the cable news stations to do a repeat of 2016 campaigns. They would show and empty stand/podium for over 15 min waiting for their ratings grabber to appear while Hillary wanted to discuss real, serious issues and NO ONE would give her 15 seconds of time...RATINGS/$$$$$$$. The MSM has handed the office to tRump on a silver platter (they rate right behind Comey, Russia, Facebook/Twitter, and third party voters IN THAT ORDER). The MSM, including MSNBC and the NYT, have been in cahoots with his Reality TV Show/Big Reveal/ratings since he came down that golden escalator. They are all to blame for the demise of our country. They did it all for $$$$$$ (to Russia, their own personal bank accounts in Switzerland, and to their shareholders).

I am bummed out that I missed it - really. I try to see every one of his rallies. I think it is fascinating to see his bat-shit insanity on full display. He whips himself into a frenzy with his pathetic bragging and telling whoppers in every other breath. His psychosis is there for all to see. I am no expert in mental disorders, but I can recognize crazy when it see. Plus, I wonder about the people who go to the effort to show up for his rallies.

The networks should ignore these types of propaganda events.

Maybe FOX would get the message? They are alone in their praise of this asshole.
