The Queen Mum was Queen Elizabeth II's mother, Elizabeth Angela Marguerite Bowes-Lyon.

Lizzie is Her Majesty The Queen.

(plus a gajillion other formal titles)

The "Queen mum" was the affectionate press term for the current queen's mother. She died in 2002. The current queen is just the Queen.
