Michael Avenatti blatantly rips off a Trump nickname created by DU's own Malaise

Avenatti had a tweet last week in which he asked which nickname he should use for Trump.

One of them was "Don the Con," I forget the other. He went with "Don the Con" and has been using it consistently.

As we all know, Malaise has been using "Don the Con" ( or "Groper Don the Con" ) since when, the PRIMARIES?

Won't you join me in demanding restitution for Malaise?

#DonTheCon strikes again. Instead of actually accomplishing something back in June, he was more interested in the "show" and photo-ops. He should have rolled-up his sleeves, done some real work, and stayed until a real agreement was hammered out. #FightClub #Basta #DonTheCon

It takes a lot to conceive a trademark, service mark, or copyright.

Such as intent to do such, notify the public at all times, from the beginning, not have others using it or conceiving it.

Does Michael Avenatti really need to steal a widely used term?

Would anyone like to go to court against him to defend their claim?

Just wish there was a good nick using "Donald," as the anusface hates being called by his first name.

Lots of the humor just writes itself and many many people can come up with this independently.

Stephanie Miller always accuses late night comedians of stealing her ideas. I am not sure they even know she has a radio show.

To make a claim that someone recently invented that term is almost akin to Trump's claim that he invented "fake news" and "priming the pump."

Remember, we knew this asshole WAY BEFORE the rest of the country. We tried to warn everyone, but only people with advanced brain function listened. Neanderthals, like Trump's supporters, didn't listen to us. They thought they knew better!

Now we're all paying for their mistakes.
