He started calling him Rocket Man and threatening to nuke him blah blah until it was at the forefront of our attention for weeks. "Are we going to war with NK". Then, he comes in and "fixes" the non issue he created. "No, there will be no war. NK backed down. I kept you safe with my excellent negotiating skills".

But when people realize it was all a Potemkin Village he is locking up kids so the media moves on. And his base never knows they have been played by the carnival barker.
