Did Orrin HATCH give a clue (if he *has* any clue): Said "she" & "her" about SCotUS pick
As we see with Senator TURTLE time after time that he inflicts whip lashes on us, there ain't a weasel like an old weasel, and HATCH is a charter member of the club. But while Orrin struck out in '01 with the Miguel ESTRADA fiasco, he demonstrated his weasel techniques: He pouts like Shirley TEMPLE, and back then he tied himself in knots alleging *racism* on Dems against ESTRADA on Orrin's grounds that Dems should AUTOMATICALLY support somebody based on their Minority heritage. Get that? He was saying that merit or ideology are out the window when a Minority is the nominee (IF it's a WINGNUT). And if they oppose the Minority (wingnut), they are being RACIST. So he was positing a RACIST rationale (support ESTRADA just *because* of his Minority) while calling it racist to oppose him.
And with his cute Shirley TEMPLE pout he pronounced "Miguel" as "mee-GWELL" (instead of mee-ghel). It was Poppy BUSH nominating Clarence THOMAS who innovated the Repuke trap for Dems by nominating a wingnut Minority, throwing Dems into the supposed agony of opposing a member of what is on the surface a Dem constituency. The solution is to oppose based on wingnuttiness without regard to minority or whatever other background.
But SHITLER is totally capable of autocratic whimsy and ignore "interviews" and advice and of picking out of thin air whoever he thinks will make the biggest splash. So if the media is betting on KAVANAUGH and painting the Notre Dame anti-woman woman as a firestorm, SHITLER loves firestorms. And who can conclusively rule out NAPOLITANO or PIRRO?!1

"Too much is at stake to allow politics to corrupt the Supreme Court confirmation process," Hatch wrote. "That's why in the coming weeks, I will lift heaven and earth to see the president's nominee across the finish line."
The op-ed was notable for one reason: Hatch referred to the nominee using the pronouns "her" and "she." ....
While Trump's decisions and favorability of potential nominees can change at a moment's notice, the selection is coming down to the wire as the president prepares to announce his pick on Monday night.
Hatch's decision to use those pronouns could just be an effort to encourage Trump to pick Barrett — or it could be a clue about an already made decision, as he is one of the highest-ranking members of the Senate and could be in a position to know.
