Donald Trump sabotaged one of the most trusted committees in the US Congress.

That committee used to be called the House Intelligence Committee.

They were bi-partisan and tried very hard to keep politics out of our intelligence. Because they understood that truth and facts were necessary to keeping our nation safe and secure from foreign enemies.

But Donald Trump was able to infiltrate that fortress. He was able to compromise a couple of Republican Congressmen on the Committee and to convince them that it was a partisan witch hunt. The FBI and the "deep state" were trying to destroy his presidency. He was able to recruit the Chair of the Committee, Devin Nunes, to carry his water for him and to create havoc with threats of investigating all the intelligence that said Russia, and perhaps some in the Trump campaign, were complicit in attacking our electoral system.

Eventually, the Committee fell apart from partisan rancor. Trump was successful. One of the most respected committees in the US Congress was sabotaged by a President attempting to keep the truth from the American people.

pulled his little midnight caper at the White House. But no, Eddie Munster has no balls and did nothing for fear of political damage.

...Devin Nunes* is not trying to protect tRump*... he's trying to protect himself. I guarantee when the Mueller Team shows their hands, Nunes* will be in the middle of the borscht.

7. There's more to this than simply Trump infiltration

The GOP is ALL up to their eyeballs in this treason.
Nunes didn't need to be recruited - he has Russian money involved with his winery.
Michael Cohen, Trump's "fixer", was deputy finance chair of the Republican Party. How does that happen?
And why is little to nothing at the federal level being done to prevent a repeat -- or worse -- 2018 midterm election hacking?
And now the US is defined as a "declining democracy" - what Republican is doing anything to reverse this?
Even the bastards that are retiring - who then get some sort of backbone - still voted with/supported Trump.

If the Dems don't retake the House and Senate this fall...

9. The catastrophic coup has already happened and we think an election will fix all that?
